Use this process if you believe Riera Studio has handled personal data incorrectly, failed to respect a data protection right, disclosed data improperly or otherwise failed to meet data protection law.
What happens next
The form gives an immediate electronic acknowledgement and reference. Riera Studio will make appropriate enquiries, keep you informed where an investigation continues, and communicate the outcome without undue delay. UK complaints are acknowledged within 30 days.
You can also email RieraStudio@srfsystems.uk. Include “Privacy complaint” in the subject and the same information requested below.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Where EU GDPR applies, you may also contact a competent EEA supervisory authority. Using this internal process does not remove those rights.
